VISA REQUIRMENTS FOR TOURIST PURPOSE
- Original Passport must valid more than NINE Months.
- Previous Passports need to be submitted along with Application.
- The Visa Applications Form and Declarations with ALL COLUMNS filled and signed by the applicant.
- TWO RECENT PHOTOS in the size of 5″cm x 5″cm with white background.
- Personal Covering Letter
- The original letter on company’s letter head from the applicant’s current employer mentioning his leave sanction. /No objection letter from Employer must be submitted with the Application Form. If Business Company registration and company bank statement last 3 month.
- Bank a/c statement for the last 3 months with seal and sign. (Name of the applicant should be certified by the bank in the statements).Statement downloaded from the internet will be not accepted.
- Round trip of Ticket Itinerary.
- Copy of OVERSEAS Medical Insurance policy on proper letter head.
- Travel arrangements including hotel reservation should be made in advance with hotel confirmation no, Name and contact no. of hotel in Israel where he/she will be staying.
- Copy of the Bio-Page of the current Passport (First and Last page in single sheet).
